Catch up

I'm a bad blogger, okay. I slap my wrist.

Well what's happened in the past three months? Erm...

Bambino learnt to walk, now he runs around everywhere! causing total destruction in his path.
He loves being able to run around with the big kids at playgroup. and now wants to race about. I love it! I love him!
He is learning new things on a daily basis and surprises me constantly with the things he comes out with like today he was looking around for a book then screeches "There it is!" while slamming his palm into his forehead!
Little moments like this makes my heart beam a little bit harder, and I force my mind to store them in a little box in my head marked 'Proud mummy moments'
Not only has Bambino learnt to walk and talk more fluently, he has picked up little things like waving on cue, clapping when other people do. He gives me kisses on the lips whilst making loud MWWAAHH noises! blows kisses, hides himself then jumps out saying "Here he is!" and laughs at himself hysterically!

God he makes my womb twitch!

Other things that have been going on... I have taken the leap and dipped my toe back into Full-Time employment... I know! I know. This is very controversial, some people I have spoken to think I'm am awful mother for leaving my son whilst I selfishly go back to work to provide for my family.
As one friend kindly put it "Children need presence not presents" I think it's obvious I am no longer 'friends' with that mum!
And others have been supportive.
I think people genuinely believe I do it because I want to spend my time away from Bambino, and I genuinely selfishly want to go back to work because there is nothing better in the world than being away from my son? These people confuse me. I haven't done it for any other reason than to keep my head above water and avoid getting myself into debt. However I feel like every person I meet I have to justify my reasons to return to work.
 It gets me wound up.
I shall stop talking about it now. Before I start screaming to my computer.

I have vowed to become a better blogger my wonderful partner has promised me an iPad for Crimbo. Eeekkk! So there is no excuse of running babies and work to stop me finding 5 minutes to sit at my PC and write as I can do it standing up. On a bus. or laying in bed. Or on my break at work. Or with a sleeping baby on my chest. Oh the options are endless!

I'm going to leave you with a few pictures of the past few months of my ever changing, growing TODDLER!

Love Mummy & Bambino <3
